Troubleshooting
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Clean the air cap.

Check fluid tip for any signs

of damage, replace nozzle
set if necessary.
Remove round/flat fan

control, restore to working
order or replace completely.
Clean air piston seat and/or

replace air piston, air piston
packing.
Have the gun body replaced.

Replace/install paint needle

seal.
Replace nozzle set, replace
