Fluid tip has not been properly
tightened
Damaged/worn paint nozzle seal
Loose air cap
Gap between air cap and fluid tip
("air circuit") is clogged
Nozzle set is clogged or
damaged
Not enough paint material in the
gravity flow cup
Defective paint needle sealing
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Tighten fluid tip.
