Coupling the device and bed
1 Lock the castors on the bed.
2 Bring the device-side coupling part and the bed-side coupling
part to the same height. Adjust the height of the bed or
reposition the device-side coupling part on the trolley column
for this purpose.
The height compensation mechanism can only compensate small
differences during transportation if the device-side coupling part
and the bed-side coupling part are at the same height.

3 Adjust the distance between the device and the bed. To do
this, press the release button (A) and set the distance. Ensure
free movement of the castors on the bed.
4 Push the device towards the bed until the coupling connector
(B) engages audibly in the coupling head (C) of the device-
side coupling part.
5 Ensure that the two coupling parts are firmly attached by gently
pulling apart.
WARNING
Risk of tipping over
Do not adjust the height of the bed following coupling!

Uncoupling the device and bed
A
1 Press and hold the release button (A) on the device-side
coupling part.
2 Detach the device from the bed.
In uncoupled state

3 Fold the coupling connector of the bed-side coupling part (B)
upwards or downwards in order to prevent injuries caused by
projecting parts.
