11.1. Shut down
Temporary shut down
To prevent stagnation, the NeoSoft 2500 Connect regenerates after 3 days, even if the capacity is not completely exhausted. This effective-
ly prevents water stagnation. It is not necessary to shut down your product temporarily.
Leave your NeoSoft connected to the power and water supply. The appliance thus remains in a hygienically safe operating state in accor-
dance with DIN EN 19636-100.
Shut down
If you still want to take the NeoSoft 2500 Connect out of operation temporarily, close the bypass valve of the NeoSoft and de-energize the
system. If the system is later put back into operation, the system must at least be thoroughly flushed and a manual regeneration must be
triggered.
In the event of longer downtimes, the system must be recommissioned by trained specialist personnel.
11.2. Disassembly
Disassembly of a water softener is an intervention in the drinking water installation that may only be carried out by appropriately trained
specialist personnel. Therefore, please commission a licensed specialist company with the disassembly.
11.3. Disposal
If no take-back or disposal agreement has been made, recycle the dismantled components:
