10. Faults / Notes / Information
A fault, a note or information is indicated by visual and acoustic messages (buzzer). In addition, the fault, note or information is reported
externally to a smartphone/tablet or PC by e-mail.
Causes for a notification include:

A fault - reaching limit values (e.g. inlet pressure too high)
•
An indication - e.g. lack of salt
•
One piece of information - a software update is available

Cause
The basic position of the pillar could not be
found.
During refilling, too less water was added to
the salt container.
The saturation of the regeneration agent
during regeneration was too low.
No USB drive was detected during the copy

Remedy
Please have the cable connection to thr pillar checked by your
specialist technician or contact customer service.
Please have the brine line checked by your specialist
technician for possible leaks/contamination or contact
customer service.
Make sure that there is enough salt in the salt container. If in
doubt, please have the brine line checked by your specialist
technician or contact customer service.
Please ensure that there is a USB data carrier in the drive.
Remedy
Please ensure that the water softener is connected to an
uninterruptible power circuit.
Please fill sufficient salt into the salt container!
Remedy
Please install the software update to ensure proper operation
of your water softener.
Please carry out maintenance every six months. You will find in-
formation on this under the menu item „Service/Maintenance".
Please make an appointment with your specialist technician
for annual maintenance.
You can manage the software updates in the menu under
„Settings/Software update".
