Make a note of the regeneration counters in the operating manual.

Make a note of the fault memory entries in the operating manual.

For the following maintenance steps, it is necessary to partially dis-
mantle the NeoSoft 2500 Connect.
•
Close the lever of the bypass valve to bypass the water softener.
•
Make sure that the flush line is still connected to the drain funnel before
starting the pressure relief of the water softener.
•
The system relieves all pressurized parts.
•
Pull out the mains plug.
The bypass valve with the flexible hose remains at
the top of the installation.
