Operating Instructions
Thisalarm will inform you via a colored LEDindicator and a beeping buzzer
if there are any unusual conditions. Informing yourself of these conditions
and indicators will allow you to take immediate action in the event of an
emergency.
What to DO When an Alarm Sounds
If a smoke alarm is triggered,

How to respond to a smoke alarm:

3, Checkdoors with the back Ofyour hand; open coo doors slow y.
4. Keep doors and windows closed, unless escaping.
5. use a c 0th (preferab y damp) to cover nose and mouth.
6 Take short, shallow breaths.

7. Meet at a predetermined spot outside; perform a head count.
8. Ca the Fire Department from outside, providing addressand name.
9. Never re-enter a burning building.
10.Consult the Fire Department for home safety tips.
Using the Silence Function
f there is a false alarm, you can temporarily silence it by tapping the
Silence button on the app or by pressing the Test/SiIence button on the
device. The LED indicator will flash red once everyfive seconds and you
will receive an instant notification from the app, telling you that the
device has been temporarily si enced.
The silence duration usually asts for nine minutes, After that, the device
will return to standby mode, provided that the smoke concentration has
dropped below the alarm level.
Note that the silencefunction wil only silence the alarm for a short
period It will NOT correct any prob ems.
