CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Under normal conditions of use, WTU 307 machines require a minimum of
care and maintenance. However, to ensure continu-ed trouble-free opera-
tion of your machine for years to come, a certain amount of basic mainte-
nance must be carried out.
- Check the mains plug and cable and the earth cable for damage from
time to time
- Once or twice a year, remove the cover and side panels from the
machine
Caution! Switch off the machine and pull out the plug first!
- Clean inside of machine using compressed air (be careful! - blowing
compressed air directly onto some electronic components from a close
distance may damage them)
REPLACEMENT OF THE SLIDE-IN
ELECTRONIC MODULE
Attention! This should only be carried out by FRONIUS service
personnel or by other suitably trained and skilled technicians.
Procedure
- Switch off machine
- Pull out mains plug
- Unscrew and remove the toggle from the mains switch
- Unscrew the four screws on the front control panel and swing it outwards
- Unlatch the plug-in connection (electric unit/power source)
- Pull out the flat plug connected to the yellow/green earth lead
- Replace the module
- Assemble the unit in the reverse order
