Kabel einführen und montieren

Beachten Sie die Phasenfolge!
Bei der Montage der Kabel dürfen keine
Zug- und Biegebeanspruchungen auf die
Anschlusskonen entstehen!
Montieren Sie die Phase L3 (hinten) so, dass das
-
Kabel senkrecht nach unten ragt. Montieren Sie
dann Phase L2 (Mitte) und zum Schluss Phase L1
(vorne) entsprechend.

Überprüfen Sie den Zustand der Endverschlüsse,
z.B.
Oberflächenbeschaffenheit,
mäße Anordnung der Kabelschuhe und Klemm-
verbindungen.

Kabelschirme an den Erdungsschrauben des Ka-
belhalteeisens erden. Beachten Sie die Sicher-
heits- und Montagehinweise des Herstellers der
Kabelgarnituren!

Befestigen Sie die Kabel an der mitgelieferten o-
der bauseitig angebrachten Endverschluss-tra-
verse!
Das maximale Anzugsmoment für den
Kontaktanschlussbolzen beträgt 60Nm.
Das zulässige Drehmoment für die Endver-
schlüsse beachten!
Bei
Verwendung
schlüssen muss das oberhalb des Endver-
schlusses montierte Kabelhalteblech gegen
zu hohe Wärme geschützt werden. Vermei-
den Sie langfristige lokale Erwärmungen.

Observe the phase sequence!
Prevent tensile and bending stress to the
connection cones during the cable assem-
bly!

Assemble phase L3 (backwards) and fix the cable
in such a way that the cable extends vertically
downwards. Then assemble phase L2 (middle)
and finally phase L1 (front) accordingly.

Check the state of the terminals, i.e. the state of
the surfaces, the right location of the cable lugs
sockets and the clamps.

Earth the cable shields at the earthing screws of
the cable holding iron. Respect the safety and as-
sembly instructions of the cable producer.

Fix the cables on the supplied cable box carrier or
same provided at site.
The maximum torque for the contact nut is
60Nm.
Observe the admissible torque of the termi-
nals!
With the use of heat shrinkable termination
system, the cable holding sheet situated
above the terminal has to be protected
against overheating. Avoid long-termed local
temperature rises.
