Touch screen
The Vortex Mixer screen reacts to touch.

The touch screen is used to start and stop the Vortex Mixer, and also to set the speed and timer.
Other settings such as the brightness of the touch screen or the sleep mode can be adjusted in the
settings menu. If the sleep mode is activated, the touch screen will turn off. The touch screen can
be reactivated by touching it or applying pressure on the base plate. All settings can be changed
while the Vortex Mixer is in operation.

Installation
3.1
Positioning the Vortex Mixer
The Vortex Mixer must be placed on a flat surface in a place where it can remain during mixing.
Do not operate the Vortex Mixer at altitudes above 2,000 m or in the open air.
Do not use solvents or flammables near the Vortex Mixer.
3.2
Connecting the power adapter
› Select the appropriate plug for your country and connect it to the power adapter of the
power cable.
› Make sure that the power switch is in the off position. Then connect the power cable to
the power input connection of the Vortex Mixer.
› Connect the plug of the power adapter to the wall socket.
