Product liability

In the following cases the protection provided in the Vortex Mixer may be impaired. The liability
for the function of the Vortex Mixer passes to the operator if:
› The Vortex Mixer is not used in accordance with this user manual.
› The Vortex Mixer is used outside the range of application described herein.
› The Vortex Mixer is used with accessories or consumables (e. g., tubes or microplates)
which are not recommended by the manufacturer.
› The Vortex Mixer is not used with the supplied power adapter.
› The Vortex Mixer is maintained or repaired by persons not authorized by the
manufacturer.
› Unauthorized modifications have been made to the Vortex Mixer.
