Troubleshooting

If the proposed measures to remedy the fault repeatedly do not deliver the desired result, contact
your local distributor.

Solution
› Check the power connection
› Check the power adapter
› Switch on the Vortex Mixer
› Restart the Vortex Mixer.
If error persists, contact
your local distributor or the
manufacturer
› Reduce pressure on the base
plate and restart operation
after 3 seconds
› Stop the Vortex Mixer and
reduce the load on the adapter
to a maximum of 15 tubes with
3.0 g each
› If not fully loaded, ensure the
tubes are distributed evenly
across the adapter
› Make sure that the Vortex
Mixer is placed on a level
surface
› Reduce plate or sample weight
