2.5. Reset to default settings

Disable the camera's power supply
(Disconnect camera from PoE supply)
▸
press and hold
Open the camera cover very carefully
beforehand. (See note on page 25)
▸
Press and hold the reset button (network
boot) and restore the power supply (PoE).

Press and hold the reset button for about 15 to
30 seconds until the status LED flashes yellow
▸
Release the reset button. The process is com-
plete when the status LED lights up green.
The product has been reset to the default set-
tings. If no DHCP server is available in the net-
work, the standard IP address is 192.168.0.90.
The following settings must be restored after
reset:
For 20-2940A-IP/21-2940A-IP, 21-2941A-IP/
21-2941A-IP, 50-2940A-IP/43-2940A:

1. Assign camera password
▸
2. Capture Mode: 4MP (2304x1728)
▸
3. Powerline frequency 50 Hz
▸
4. System/Simple set-up/Network/ set HTTP to
„Basic"
▸
5. System/Simple set-up/Network/ ZeroConf:
Remove the tick next to „Enabled"

These settings should only be made if
you have sufficient knowledge of the
AXIS web frontend.
