3. INSTALLING THE VENTILATION KIT e903k'97 / e903M
Proceed as follows for installation:
1.
Place the stove onto one of its sides taking care that the
internal baffles and the brazier do not fall out of their
housing.
2.
Position the fan plate and fasten it with the screws provided.
3.
Insert the PT probe in the special ø8mm hole so that it
passes within the probe holder conduit for nearly 10cm and
fix it in place with the fastening bracket to the fan support
(Pic.3).
4.
Bring the monobloc unit to its normal position.
5.
For possible or additional outlets to heat adjoining rooms,
branch lines can be laid from the flexible hose with the
special Y-union (provided upon request by PIAZZETTA
S.p.A.); remove the semi-sheared openings from the rear
protective panel, then insert the flexible hose.
If air is also to be conducted to adjoining areas, select the
shortest path, thus limiting the dispersion of heat.
It is therefore recommended that the flexible hose not be
laid in excessively long paths and that it be insulated as best
as possible. (See the instructions attached to the stove)
(Pic.7).
Upon request, PIAZZETTA S.p.A. will provide the flexible
Ø75 conduit, air outlets, "Y-unions" and the conduit-
tightening bands for fastening.
6.
Insert the panel plug in the slot located behind the rear
panel of the stove with the central pin facing upwards
(Pic.1).
If you cannot find the seat for the panel plug (IEC) on the
rear panel, insert the IEC pin on the predisposed bracket in the fan
support (Pic.6).
7.
Make the electrical connection to the panel plug inserting the
grounding clip (yellow-green wire) on the upper central pin of the
three present (Pic.2).
8.
Next connect the power cord provided to the panel plug (Pic.2)
and insert it in the electrical outlet.
