USE AND OPERATION
IMPORTANT: Before proceeding, let
the oil cool down to the environment tem-
perature or allow for the appliance to cool
for about 15 min., so that the oil reaches a
temperature between 50÷120 and use suit-
able PPE to prevent scalds.
Open the hatch (A).

Fit the extension (B) in the tap (C).

Place the container (D) under the extension

(B) (the container is supplied upon request).
IMPORTANT: Always use containers
that are suitable for oil drainage.
Turn on the tap (C) to empty the well.

Turn off the tap (C) once the operation is com-

plete.
Close the hatch (A).

WARNING: Do not dump oil in the
environment; dispose of it in accordance
with the laws in force in the country of use.
If the safety thermostat trips, the appliance
needs to be reset to the initial working condi-
tions as follows.
Let the oil cool down to 30-40°C.

store the gas supply.
NOTE: To identify the thermostat
that has tripped, check which burner has
turned off and press the relevant button.
Close the hatch (A).
