TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The fryer, referred to from now on as "the ap-
pliance", is designed and manufactured for
frying foods within the professional catering
sector (for example: in restaurants' kitchens,
canteens, hospitals, and in business activi-
ties such as bakeries, butcher's shops, etc...);

Frying well: in stainless steel.

Fume exhaust vent (type A): to evacuate the

fumes generated by the burner.
Burner control knob: to turn on and off the

pilot light and the burner.
Temperature regulator knob: to regulate the

Flame visor: to control when the pilot light

comes on.
Basket hanger mount: to hold the basket

while foods are being drained.
Hatches: to access the inside of the compart-

ments.
Drain tap: to drain the oil from the well.

trained personnel. The appliance is available
in several versions to meet varying user re-
quirements (see picture).
