Installation location
The DHE is suitable for heating
water (potable water supply) and
should be installed in a closed, frost-free
room as close as possible to the draw-
off point (dismantled units should be
stored in a frost-free place as the unit
will always contain residual water).
The DHE should be installed vertically as
shown in Fig. 8 (over- or under-sink)
and as close as possible to the water tap.
If fitted under-sink, the cover (not the
rear panel) may be inverted as shown
in Fig. 9.

– Mount the unit flush with the wall at the
lower end (note the dimension of
≥ 110 mm in Fig. 10). Also fasten the
unit at the bottom (Fig. 10, item 2).

The specific electrical resistance of the
water must not be lower than specified
on the rating plate!
– When operating with preheated water
in excess of 25 °C please read the note
to Table 3!

In normal operation and in the event of
a malfunction the operating conditions
specified in IEE regulations apply
– Electrical connection only to

– A safety valve is not required.

Lieu de montage
Le DHE convient pour la
production d'eau chaude sanitaire
(alimentation en eau potable) et doit
être installé dans des locaux fermés et à
l'abri du gel, si possible près du point de
puisage. (Les appareils démontés doivent
être stockés à l'abri du gel, car
il reste toujours un peu d'eau à
l'intérieur).
Installer le chauffe-eau verticalement
conformément à la fig. 8 (raccordement
sur-évier ou sous-évier), si possible à
proximité des points de puisage.
En cas de raccordement sous-évier, il est
possible de retourner le capot (et non
le panneau arrière) comme indiqué à
la fig. 9.
Normes et spécifications
– Normes et directives locales, nationales
des distributeurs d'énergie et d'eau.
– Directives locales, nationales des
organismes officiels régissant le
raccordement hydraulique et électrique.
– Spécifications du distributeur d'énergie.
– Spécifications du Service des Eaux.
– Prévoir le montage à fleur du mur
(respecter la cote ≥ 110 mm, fig. 10).
Fixer également l'appareil en bas (Fig. 10,
pos. 2).
Respecter également les éléments
suivants:
– la plaque signalétique.
– les caractéristiques techniques.
La résistivité électrique de l'eau ne doit
pas être inférieure à celle indiquée sur la
plaque signalétique respectivement tab. 3.
– En cas de fonctionnement avec de l'eau
préchauffée à plus de 25 °C, tenir
compte des indications du tableau 3.
– Matériaux de l'installation hydraulique:
Conduite d'eau froide: Conduites en
acier, en cuivre ou en matière plastique.
Conduite d'eau chaude: Cuivre
Système de distribution d'eau chaude
sanitaire en matière plastique.
En fonctionnement normal et en cas de
panne, les conditions de service
applicables sont celles de la norme
DIN 1988, partie 2, décembre 1988,
§ 2.2.3, tableau 1.
– Raccordement électrique uniquement à
des câbles posés à demeure!
– Les robinetteries pour chauffe-eau à
écoulement libre ne sont pas autorisées!
– Le montage d'un groupe de sûreté n'est
pas nécessaire.

Plaats van montage
De DHE is voor warmwatervoor-
ziening (drinkwatervoorziening)
geschikt en moet in gesloten vorstvrije
ruimten zo dicht mogelijk bij het
aftappunt worden geïnstalleerd
(gedemonteerde toestellen moeten
vorstvrij worden opgeslagen, omdat er
altijd wel wat restwater in het toestel
achterblijft).
De DHE moet verticaal volgens Afb. 8
(boven of onder de wastafel) en zo dicht
mogelijk bij de tappunten worden
gemonteerd.
Bij montage onder de wastafel kan de
kap (niet de achterwand) als in Afb. 9
weergegeven worden gedraaid.
Voorschriften en bepalingen
– Voorschriften van de plaatselijke
energiebedrijven.
– Voorschriften van het desbetreffende
waterleidingbedrijf.
– Het toestel aan de onderzijde evenwijdig
met de wand monteren (maat ≥
110 mm in Afb. 10 aanhouden). Het
toestel ook aan de onderzijde bevestigen
(Afb. 10, pos. 2).
Verder dient op het volgende gelet
te worden:
– Het kenplaatje.
– De technische gegevens.
De specifieke elektrische weerstand van
het water mag niet kleiner zijn dan op
het kenplaatje in Tabel 3 is aangegeven!
– Bij gebruik van voorverwarmd water van
meer dan 25 °C de aanwijzingen in tablel
3 in acht nemen!
– Materiaal van de waterleidinginstallatie:
Koudwaterleiding
stalen, koperen of kunststofbuis
Warmwaterleiding
koper
Kunststofbuissystemen met DVGW-
keurmerk. Bij normaal bedrijf en in geval
van storingen gelden de bedrijfsvoor-
waarden vlg. DIN 1988, Deel 2,
december 1988, Lid 2.2.3, Tab. 1.
– Elektrische aansluiting uitsluitend aan vast
aangelegde leidingen!
– Armaturen voor open toestellen zijn niet
toegestaan!
– Een veiligheidsventiel is niet noodzakelijk.
