Enfouisseurs à socs ou à disques
Deux types d'enfouisseurs sont proposés pour la mise en terre localisée de l'engrais :
À socs
À double-disques et double-disques pivotants 7''
L'enfouisseur à soc dispose d'une pointe interchangeable.
L'enfouisseur à disques est plus polyvalent et mieux adapté aux préparations simplifiées avec
présence de débris végétaux.
Les 2 types d'enfouisseurs disposent d'une sécurité par ressort et d'un réglage de la
profondeur.
Pour les semis de betteraves, des enfouisseurs spécifiques sont disponibles.
Les enfouisseurs d'engrais des semoirs NX ont été spécialement conçus pour les conditions
d'utilisation intensives. Ces enfouisseurs à double-disques sont pivotants, et un ressort de
pression réglable permet de s'adapter aux conditions de semis. Ce ressort de pression assure
également l'escamotage de l'enfouisseur en cas d'obstacle.
Positionner chaque enfouisseur d'engrais à une distance identique de la
ligne de semis afin de garantir une émergence homogène des plants.
L'engrais doit être déposé entre 6 et 10 cm sur le côté du rang : trop près,
il risque de brûler les plants et freiner leur développement par zones.
Même si la position des enfouisseurs est préréglée en usine, par
l'importateur ou le concessionnaire, en aucun cas notre responsabilité ne
pourrait être engagée en cas d'incident. L'utilisateur doit toujours
s'assurer que le produit est correctement positionné en fonction du
terrain, de la graine et du produit utilisé.
Dans tous les cas d'utilisation des engrais, veuillez consulter les
préconisations du dosage et de localisation données par le fabricant du
produit en question.
Einbringerscharen oder Scheibenscharen
Für das Tiefendüngen werden zwei Arten von Düngerscharen angeboten:
Einbringerscharen
Doppelscheibenscharen und schwenkbare 7-Zoll-Doppelscheibenscharen
Die Einbringerschar verfügt über eine Wechselspitze.
Die Scheibenschar ist vielseitiger einsetzbar und eignet sich besser für einfache Vorarbeiten mit
Pflanzenresten.
Beide Düngerscharenarten verfügen über eine Federsicherung und eine Tiefeneinstellung.
Für die Aussaat von Rüben sind spezielle Düngerscharen erhältlich.
Die Düngerscharen der Sämaschinen NX wurden speziell für eine intensive Nutzung entwickelt.
Diese Doppelscheibenscharen sind schwenkbar. Darüber hinaus können sie über eine
einstellbare Druckfeder an die Saatbedingungen angepasst werden. Diese Druckfeder
übernimmt auch das Wegklappen der Düngerschar beim Auftreffen auf ein Hindernis.
Die einzelnen Düngerscharen im gleichen Abstand zur Saatreihe
anbringen, damit die Pflanzen homogen aufgehen.
Der Dünger muss zwischen 6 und 10 cm neben der Reihe eingebracht
werden. Wenn er zu nah an der Pflanze ist, besteht die Gefahr, dass er
sie verbrennt und bereichsweise ihre Entwicklung hemmt.

Fertilizer placement units with plough shares or disks
Two types of fertilizer placement units are offered for directed laying of fertilizer:
with plough shares
with double-disks and 7'' swivelling double-disks
The plough share fertilizer placement unit has an interchangeable point.
The disk fertilizer placement unit is more versatile and better suited to simple preparations
containing plant detritus.
Both types of fertilizer placement units have a spring loaded safety device and depth
adjustment.
For beetroot seeds, special fertilizer placement units are available.
The manure burying attachments of NX planters have been specially designed for intensive use.
These double-disk fertilizer placement units are swivelling and an adjustable pressure spring
allows the disks to adapt to sowing conditions. The pressure spring also causes the fertilizer
placement unit to retract when it encounters obstacles.
Position eachmmanure burying attachment at an identical distance from
the seed row in order to guarantee consistent emergence of plants.
The fertilizer must be deposited between 6 – 10 cm on the side of the row:
too close and it could burn the plants and hinder their development per
zone.
Even if the position of the fertilizer placement units is pre-set in the
factory by the importer or dealer, we shall not be held liable in the event
of an incident. The user must always ensure that the product is correctly
positioned in relation to the ground, the seed and the product used.

Sovesciatori a vomeri o a dischi
Per la concimazione localizzata, sono proposti due tipi di sovesciatori:
A vomeri
A doppio disco e doppio disco rotante 7''
Il sovesciatore a vomero dispone di una punta interscambiabile.
Il sovesciatore a dischi è più polivalente e più adattato alle preparazioni semplificate con
presenza di detriti vegetali.
I 2 tipi di sovesciatori dispongono di una sicurezza tramite molla e di una regolazione della
profondità.
Per le semine di barbabietole, sono disponibili sovesciatori specifici.
I sovesciatori di concime delle seminatrici NX sono stati appositamente progettati per condizioni
di utilizzo intensive. Questi sovesciatori a doppio disco sono rotanti ed una molla di pressione
regolabile consente di adeguarsi alle condizioni di semina. Questa molla di pressione garantisce
anche il rientro del sovesciatore in caso di ostacolo.
Posizionare ogni sovesciatore di concime ad una distanza identica dalla
linea di semina per garantire una crescita omogenea delle piante.
Il concime deve essere depositato tra cm 6 e 10 a lato della fila: troppo
vicino, rischia di bruciare le piante e di frenarne lo sviluppo per zone.
Anche se la posizione dei sovesciatori è preimpostata in stabilimento,
bei
dall'importatore o dal concessionario, in caso di incidente la nostra
responsabilità non potrà mai essere chiamata in causa. L'utente deve
sempre accertarsi che il prodotto sia correttamente posizionato a
seconda del terreno, del seme e del prodotto utilizzato.
In ogni caso di utilizzo di concimi, si prega di consultare le
raccomandazioni di dosaggio e di ubicazione indicate dal fabbricante del
prodotto in oggetto.
