METHODE DE REGLAGES DU FERTILISEUR
I......Démonter le venturi et placer un récipient sous le boîtier.
II..... Se placer sur le rapport A1.
III.... Faire 50 tours de roue (1 tour/1s), ou 100m, puis peser l'engrais récupéré.
IV... Appliquer la formule suivante :

● Vous obtenez le poids à l'hectare et vous déterminez la colonne du tableau
correspondant au rapport utilisé (rapport 1 ou ½)
● Exemple :
-inter-rangs de 75cm, 8 rangs
-Poids mesuré = 6000gr sur rapport A1
10
x 6000 = 100 kg/hectare
75x8
● On utilise la colonne
avec un choix de 100 à 415 kg/hectare suivant les
réglages utilisés.

I......Zerlegen den venturi und stellen einen behälter unter des wechselgetriebe.
II..... stellen Sie die Drehzahl A1.
III.... drehen Sied as Rad 50 x (oder 100 meter) (1 Umdrehung/Sekunde). Und
wiegen Sie dann Dünger aus einem Auslauf.
IV... benutzen Sie die folgende formel :

Reihenabstand (cm) x Reihenzahl
● Sie erhalten das Gewicht/hektar, nun bestimmen Sie die Spalte entsprechend
der Drehzahl (1 oder ½).
● Beispeil :
-75cm Reihenabstand, 8 Reihen
-Kalkuliertes = 6000 gr Drehzahl A1
10
x 6000 = 100 kg/Hektar
75x8
● Die Spalte
wird benutzt von 100 bis 415 kg/Hektar.
Les quantités à l'hectare ci-dessus sont théoriques et elles sont basées sur une vitesse de travail de 6 km/h. Des variations importantes peuvent
être constatées à une vitesse supérieure à 6 km/h et en fonction des conditions de travail (type d'engrais, humidité ...). Un contrôle lors de la mise
en route reste obligatoire.
The above quantities per hectare are theoretical and are based on a working speed of 6 km/h. These may widely vary with a working speed over 6
km/h and depending on certain working conditions (different brands of fertilizer, humidity ...). Checking before and during planting is essential.
Die obenerwähnten Angaben sind Sollwerte und entsprechen einer Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit von 6 Km/Std. Erhebliche Schwankungen sind bei
einer Geschwindigkeit von mehr als 6 Km/Std und nach den Arbeitsverhältnissen (Düngertyp, Feuchtigkeit,...) festzustellen. EineKontrolle vor der
Inbetriebsetzung ist unbedingt vorzunehmen.
Le quantità all'ettaro qui sopra indicate sono teoriche e si basano su una velocità di lavaro di 6 km/h. Variazioni importanti possono notarsi a una
velocità superiore a 6 km/h e in funzione delle condizioni di lavorazione (tipo di concime, umidità...). Quindi é obliggatorio un controllo
all'avviamento dell'attrezzatura.

ADJUSTEMENTS OF THE FERTILIZER
I......Take off the venturi and put a container under the box.
II..... Set on A1 adjustment.
III.... Turn the wheel 50 times (or 100 meters) (1 rotation/sec) then weigh the
fetilizer obtained on one outlet.
IV... Use the following formula :

Inter-row spacing (cm) x nber of rows
● You obtain the weight/ha. And then you determine the column on the chart
correponding to the ratio used (ratio 1 ou ½)
● Example :
-inter-row spacing = 75cm, 8 rows
-weight calculated = 6000gr. On ratio A1

● The column
is used = 100 kg/ha, with a choice from 100 to 415 kg/ha
according to the adjustement.
METODO DI REGOLAZIONE DEL SPANDICONCIME
I......Smontare il venturi e collocare un recipiente sotto la scatola.
II..... Aggiustarsi sul rapporto A1.
III.... Effettuare 50 giri di ruota (1giro/1s) o 100 metri e pesare il concime
ricuperato.
IV... Applicare la formula seguente :

● Ottenete il peso all'ettaro e determinate la colonna della tavola corrisponente al
rapporto utilizzato (1 o ½).
● Esempio :
-distanza tra file 75cm, 8 file
-peso misurato = 6000g sul rapporto A1

● Viene utilizzata la colonna
on una scelta di 100 bis 415 kg/ettaro secondo i
regolaggi utilizzati.
