TURBINE
Réglage
Il est impératif de respecter la vitesse de rotation prévue, dans le cas contraire il y a un fort
risque de bouchage dans les canalisations.
Pour contrôler la vitesse de rotation avec un tachymètre, on est obligé dans certain cas de
démonter le boîtier de distribution pour accéder à la poulie inférieure.
Dans ce cas, il est impératif de monter le venturi avec ses 2 tuyaux, sinon le chiffre
indiqué par votre tachymètre ne correspondra pas à la vitesse réelle de rotation de votre
turbine.
Utilisation
Eviter dans la mesure du possible les démarrages et les arrêts trop brusques.
Bien respecter la vitesse et le sens de rotation prévus.
Au démarrage, le matin et principalement par temps humide, il est recommandé de laisser
tourner la turbine quelques minutes afin de bien assécher les différents tuyaux de transfert.
Pendant le travail, actionner la turbine 5 à 10 secondes avant que la distribution n'entre en
action, pour avoir le flux d'air optimum.
Au moment d'arrêter, laisser la turbine en fonctionnement 10 secondes après l'arrêt de la
distribution de façon à bien vider tous les tuyaux.
Entretien
Pas d'entretien particulier au niveau des roulements qui sont graissés à vie.
Vérifier de temps en temps la tension de la courroie d'entraînement.
Graissage des joints de cardan, suivant notice jointe.
TUYAUTERIES DE TRANSFERT ET COLONNE DE
REPARTITION
Utilisation
Vérifier régulièrement la propreté du coude en pied de colonne, un débit excessif ou un arrêt de
turbine avec les tuyauteries non vidangées peuvent entraîner son colmatage et par conséquent
un mauvais fonctionnement de l'ensemble.
Entretien
Démonter et tourner régulièrement les tuyaux en plastique semi-rigide entre le boîtier et le tube
rigide, et entre ce dernier et la colonne. Cela permettra une usure intérieure plus régulière et
améliorera considérablement leur durée de vie.
TURBINE
Einstellung
Die vorgeschriebene Drehgeschwindigkeit muss unbedingt eingehalten werden. Widrigenfalls
werden sich die Rohrleitungen wahrscheinlich verstopfen.

Verteilungsgehäuse manchmal abgebaut werden, um die untere Scheibe zu erreichen.
In diesem Fall muss das Venturiventil mit seinen 2 Schläuchen montiert werden.
Andernfalls wird die von Ihrem Drehzahlmesser angezeigte Zahl der tatsächlichen
Drehgeschwindigkeit der Turbine nicht entsprechen
Benutzung
Nach Möglichkeit sind zu plötzliche Ein- und Ausschaltungen zu vermeiden.
Die vorgeschriebenen Drehzahl und –Richtung einhalten.
Bei der Inbetriebsetzung d.h. morgens und besonders bei feuchtem Wetter empfiehlt es sich,
die Turbine ein paar Minuten drehen zu lassen, um die verschiedenen Übertragunsschläuche
gründlich auszutrocknen.
Während der Arbeit betätigen Sie die Turbine 5 bis 10 Sekunden, bevor die Verteilung in
Betrieb setzt. Dies soll einen optimalen Luftfluß erlauben.
Wenn Sie die Maschine anhalten, lassen Sie die Turbine 10 Sekunden nach der Abschaltung
des Verteilungsaggregats weiter laufen, um alle die Schläuche gründlich zu entleeren.
Wartung
Die selbstschmierenden Kugellager brauchen keine besondere Schmierung.
Überprüfen Sie regelmässig die Spannung des Triebriemens.
Unter Beachtung der beiliegenden Anweisung sind die Kardangelenke zu schmieren.
ÜBERTRAGUNGSSCHLÄUCHE UND
VERTEILUNGSSÄULE
Benutzung
Nehmen Sie regelmässig die Reinigung des Bogens am Säulenfuß vor. Eine übermässige
Mengenabgabe bzw. eine Abschaltung der Turbine mit den nicht entleerten Schläuchen kann
zu einer Verstopfung und demzufolge zum schlechten Funktionieren der Maschine führen.
Wartung
Die Rohre aus halbstarrem Kunststoff zwischen dem Gehäuse und dem starren Rohr und auch
zwischen diesem Rohr und der Säule abbauen und regelmässig drehen. Dies wird einen
regelmässigeren inneren Verschleiß und eine Verlängerung ihrer Lebensdauer zur Folge haben

It is essential to respect the rotation speed, if not, you run the risk of blockages in the hoses.
In order to control the rotation speed with a revolution counter, in certain cases you may
have to remove the distribution unit in order to reach the inner pulley.
In this case, it is essential to assemble the Venturi tube with it's 2 hoses otherwise the
figure indicated by your revolution counter will not correspond to the effective speed
of rotation of your turbofan.
Operation
Avoid whenever possible starting and stopping brutally.
Respect the recommended speed and rotation direction.
When starting up, the morning and particularly in damp conditions, it is recommended to
leave the turbofan running a few minutes in order to dry out the different transfer hoses.
When working, run the turbofan 5 to 10 seconds before the distribution starts in order to
have an optimal air flow.
When stopping, leave the turbofan running 10 seconds after the distribution stops in order
to empty out the hoses.
Maintenance
No special maintenance on the bearings which are lifetime lubricated.
Check from time to time the drive belt tension.
Lubricate the PTO seals following the enclosed manual.
TRANSFER HOSES AND DISTRIBUTION HEAD
Operation
Regularly check that the bend at the foot of the cyclone is clean, excessive flow or stopping
the turbofan with the hoses non-emptied may lead to clogging and consequently poor
operation of the equipment.
Maintenance
Remove and regularly turn the semi-rigid plastic hoses between the metering system and the
rigid tube, and between this tube and the column – this will enable a more even inner wear
and will considerably improve their lifetime
Regolazione
E' imperativo osservare la velocità prevista. Nel caso contrario c'é il rischio forte di
ostruzione nelle canalizzazioni.

Allo scopo di controllare la velocità di rotazione tramite un tachimetro, é a volte necessario di
smontare la scatola di distribuzione per accedere alla puleggia inferiore.
In questo caso é imperativo montare il venturi con i suoi 2 tubi altrimenti la cifra indicata
dal Vostro tachimetro non corrisponderà alla velocità di rotazione reale della Vostra
turbina.
Utilizzo
Per quanto é possibile evitare gli avviamenti e gli arresti troppo bruschi.
Rispettare strettamente la velocità ed il senso di rotazione previsti.
All'avviare la macchina la mattina e sopra tutto con tempo umido si raccomanda di lasciare
girare la turbina qualche minuto in modo da prosciugare i differenti tubi di trasferimento.
Durante il lavoro, azionare la turbina 5 a 10 secondi prima che si avvi la distribuzione, allo
scopo di ottenere il flusso d'aria ottimo.
Nel momento di fermare l'attrezzatura, lasciare la turbina funzionare 10 secondi dopo la
fermata della distribuzione in modo vuotare correttamente tutte le tubazioni
Manutenzione
Nessuna manutenzione particolare per quanto riguarda i cuscinetti che vengono lubrificati a
vita.
Controllare periodicamente la tensione della cinghia di trascinamento.
Lubrificazione dei giunti cardanici secondo quanto è riportato nel manuale di manutenzione
allegato.
TUBAZIONI DI TRASFERIMENTO E COLONNA DI
Utilizzo
Verificare periodicamente la pulizia del gomito alla base della colonna. Di fatto una portata
eccessiva o un arresto della turbina, non essendo le tubazioni scaricate e spurgate, può
provocare la sua otturazione e quindi un cattivo funzionamento del complesso.
Manutenzione
Smontare e girare periodicamente i tubi di plastico semirigido tra la scatola ed il tubo rigido e
tra questo e la colonna. Questo consentirà un'usura interna più regolare e prolongherà molto
la loro durata di vita.
