The flushing line must be connected to the pump's lowest leakage port always!
The flushing line of RKP250 must be connected with leakage port L2!
Leakage oil temperature monitoring must be carried out directly in the leakage flow of
leakage oil discharge port L (RKP250, L2)!
For more information see:
17.6.
Noise Emission
Radial piston pumps have a low primary noise level. The noise emission of the whole hydraulic power unit
however is highly depending on the installation of the pump and the tube routing or hose routing. Avoid the
transmission of structure borne noise to large surface machinery parts through:
install pump with a damping flange
use hoses instead of tubes
install tube pipelines with flexible clamps

Connection of Low Pressure and High Pressure Lines
Connection of the low-pressure line at port A, connection of the high-pressure line at port B of the pump
housing.
Except RKP19-II pumps with counter clockwise rotation: Connection of the low-pressure line at
port B, connection of the high-pressure line at port A of the pump housing.
