12.1.

Information about the User Manual

This user manual refers exclusively to explosion proof radial piston pumps RKP with ATEX certification. This
user manual is part of the product. The following pumps are available for use in hazardous environments.

The intended use and the properly and safely operation of the radial piston pumps in all operating phases is
described in this user manual. The User Manual RKP Explosion-Proof is the supplementary documentation
to the User Manual RKP Radial Piston Pump.

12.2.

Target Groups

12.2.1.

Operator

It is in obligation of the operator of the radial piston pump, that the specialised staff that work with and on the
radial piston pump read and follow the User Manual and all necessary additional documentation especially
the safety instructions and warnings.
12.2.2.

Qualified Staff

The qualified staffs have to read, notice and follow this User Manual and all necessary additional
documentations, especially safety instructions and warnings.
CAUTION
Danger of personal injury and damage to property!
Working with and on the radial piston pumps without the required basic mechanical,
hydraulic, and electric knowledge may cause injuries or parts may be damaged.
Only properly qualified and authorized users may work with and on the radial
piston pumps.
