10.2. Wiring diagram 1401, 1402, 1403 and 1404
The electrical wiring diagram is only for general reference.
The heat pump must always be connected to an effective earth wire on the connection clamp mar-
ked in the diagram. The earth connection prevents the conductive parts of the heat pump becoming
accidentally energised. An ineffective earth can lead to personal injury.
The heat pump must have a splash-proof switch located beside it. This makes it possible to inter-
rupt the electrical supply to the heat pump when servicing or when the heat pump is taken out of
operation.
If you are in any doubt as to whether the earth is effective, contact your electrical installer.
