Performance increase

For multi-layer PCBs the performance can be significantly increased by using a grid that is
optionally available.
Demount the glass plate.

Attention, burning hazard!
The glass plate, or the grid can only be replaced when the device is cold!
Attention!
Unplug the power plug before replacing!
Remove the six screws on top of the device.
Remove the glass plate and replace it with the stainless steel grid. The
holding frame must be replaced and screwed on in this process.
