Limited warranty
This battery tester is free from defects in material and workmanship. This
warranty is valid for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
Midtronics will, at its option, repair or replace the unit with a new tester.
This limited warranty applies only to Midtronics battery testers and does
not cover other equipment, static damage, water damage, power surges,
dropping of the unit or damage due to external causes, including
mishandling by the owner. Midtronics shall not be liable for incidental or
consequential damages resulting from breach of this warranty. The
warranty is void if the owner attempts to disassemble the unit or modify
the cable assembly.
Customer service
If you wish to make use of after-sales services, please contact
Midtronics. You will then receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
Send the unit to Midtronics with prepaid freight charges. Indicate the RA
number on the package. Midtronics will perform the necessary repair
work on the test unit or replace the unit and return it the next business
day after receiving the unit, using the same shipping method and carrier.
If Midtronics determines that the defect was caused by misuse, alteration
of the unit, accident, or improper conditions of operation or handling, the
customer may purchase a replacement unit or request return of the
defective unit, freight charges to be paid. If the warranty period for the
battery tester has expired, the repair will be carried out at the cost rates
applicable at the time.
