2. Replacing Moving panel
@ Remove the Front grille.
1) Press sections
indicated "PUSH"
on the left and right of the front
grille to open the front grille.
2) Hold the Front panel at the left and right as shown
in the figure
and open the front grille as far as possible.
3) When the front grille is fully opened, pull it out to the front.
@ Remove the moving panel.
1). Warp. the moving panel slightly and release it from the projection on
the left.
2) Pull out moving panel downward.
© Remove
the Front cover.
1) Remove the honeycomb net and filter.
( Lift the honeycomb
net ©, pull it forward

and
pull it ae)
downward.
The honeycomb
net and filter will also come out.
2). Remove one screw and the lid on the right.
3) Disconnect the connector for driving the moving panel.
4) Open the screw covers at the bottom of the front cover and remove
the screws.
5) Pull out the axis at the center to the front.
6) Press section indicated
"PUSH"
at the bottom
of the front cover to
remove the front cover from the support plate.
Using the drain pan
as a fulcrum,
pull the bottom
of the front cover forward.
Grasp
both
ends
of the front cover
and
pull out the cover to the front.
(Pull out the right end first for easy removal.)
@ Install a moving panel.
1) Fit the ends of plastic belts to the gears (3 points) and rotate the
shaft
in the direction
of the
arrow
to
insert
the
belts
into
the
grooves.
2) Insert the projection of the panel into the guide on the right.
