If you only wish to clean the strap of the wristwatch and want to protect the
clockwork/watch case: Carefully place the plastic basket 9 in the stainless
steel bath 7. Fold down the handle/watch holder 8 and place the watch
on it so that the strap is immersed in the liquid.
CAUTION! WARNING of material damage!

Never clean any non-waterproof watches inside the appliance!

Also note that seals on waterproof watches may become fatigued over
time and may not withstand the stress of cleaning. The integrated handle/
watch holder 8 can be used to protect the clockwork/watch case.

If you want to clean the watch case and watch wristband: Place the watch in the
basket insert 9 so that the watch case glass is not scratched. When loading, be
sure to place the watch with the watch case glass facing up to avoid scratches.
Carefully place the plastic basket 9 in the stainless steel bath 7 and fold

down the handle/watch holder 8.
The cleaning process

Plug the mains plug into a mains wall socket.
Make sure that the lid 1 is closed.
♦
The display 4 shows 180 (seconds). The display 4 switches off
♦
automatically if the cleaning process is not started. Then press the SET button
6 to reactivate the display. 180 (seconds) appears again.
Press the SET button 6 repeatedly until the desired cleaning time (090,
♦
180, 280, 380 or 480 seconds) appears in the display 4.
NOTE
►
090 seconds: Recommended for light soiling and items such as spectacles.
►
180 seconds: Standard time for normal soiling.
►
280 seconds: Recommended for the first cleaning with the ultrasonic
cleaner.
►
380 seconds: Recommended for the initial cleaning when several items are
being cleaned.
►
480 seconds: Recommended for heavy soiling.

After you have set a suitable time, start the cleaning process by pressing the
ON/OFF button 5.

During the cleaning procedure, you will hear a chirping sound.
■
The operating LED 3 lights up during the cleaning process.
■
The time counts down to zero on the display 4 and then the appliance
switches off automatically.
