4.10 Installation air distributor mounting bracket

Prepare the M8 bolts (5), washers (4) and fixing met-

al clamping bars (3) in order shown.
Lift the air distributor mounting bracket (2) toward
X
the air conditioner.

NOTE
Be carefull not to damage the air outlet
duct (1).
Ensure that the air distributor mounting bracket is
X
completely embedded into the square hole.
Insert the M8 bolts, washers and metal clamping
X
bars into the 4 corner holes of the air conditioner.

Screw the bolts into their receiving threads by hand
to ensure engagement.
Ensure all bolts are screwed in correctly for at least 2
X
or 3 rotations to avoid cross threading.
Ensure the metal clamping bars align with the corre-
X
sponding recess in the air distributor mounting
bracket as the bolts are tightened.
Evenly tighten up all four bolts.

NOTE
Tighten the bolts to 7 Nm torque.

Screw the air outlet duct (1) to the air distributor
X
mounting bracket (2) with 4 flat head screws (3)
from below.

– Support the square duct ring by hand when screw-
ing.
