-Screw OEM piston bolt(8) into OEM-brake adapter
until the brake cylinder bolts M6x25-7380 together
with OEM heelguard fit easily into the master cylinder
(8+9).
Special note:
-Brake cylinder must not be pressed when fitting
the bolts from the brake master
cylinder !!!
-Secure piston bolt with nut after adjusting.
-Secure brake cylinder and OEM heel guard with
M6x25-7380 bolts and DS12-6-6 collars(9).
Tightening torque: 10Nm
Hinweis:
-Die Befestigungsschrauben des Bremszylinders
müssen sich leicht und gerade einsetzen lassen,
die Kolbenstange darf bei der Montage nicht
gedrückt werden(10)!
Special note:
When attaching the master cylinder to the base
plate it should be possible to easily screw the
bolts into the master cylinder without the need to
press the master cylinder piston rod or force the
bolts in at an angle(10)!
Hinweis:
-Bremszylindermontage darf nie unter Druck der
Kolbenstange erfolgen, bzw. die
Befestigungsschrauben eingesetzt werden!!!
-Negativ Beispiel (11)!!!
Special note:
The master cylinder must not be pressed or put
under pressure when inserting or installing the
bolts!!!
-An example of how it should not look can be
seen in pic(11)!!!
-Funktionsprüfung Bremse durchführen.
-Der Bremshebel muss am Trittstück einen
spürbares Spiel vor der Betätigung der
Kolbenstange aufweisen(12).
-Make a function check of the brake.
-There must be noticable freeplay/clearance at
the toe piece before the piston rod is pressed(12).
