Introduce the gearbox input shaft into the driven plate hub spline.

Take care that the input shaft is introduced without shock. If
necessary rotate the crankshaft to make the input shaft fitting
easier.
Avoid that the weight of the gearbox be supported by the
driven plate of the clutch during the assembly.
E.
Check that the gearbox is in full contact with the engine block and
that the centering pins are well fitted and tighten the screws with
the appropriate torque.
9. Reposer la boîte de vitesses :

A.
Contrôler que les pions de centrage de la boîte sont bien en place
et non endommagés.
B.
Positionner la boîte correctement alignée avec le vilebrequin, en
soutenant la boîte avec le matériel approprié, Utiliser un vérin
hydraulique.
C.
Accoster la boîte en introduisant l'arbre dans le moyeu de la
friction.
D.
Apporter une attention particulière à éviter tout choc lors de cette
phase. Si nécéssaire, faire tourner le vilebrequin pour faciliter le
montage.Eviter de faire porter le poids de la boîte sur la friction
lors du montage.
E.
Controler que la boîte est bien en contact avec le carter sur
l'ensemble du tour de boîte et que les pions de centrage sont bien
positionnés, Serrer les vis du tour de boîte avec le couple
approprié.
