■ Tighten the grub screw in the lower half of the coupling.
■ Pull the flex coupling with the agitator shaft into the receptacle.
■ Push the adjusting ring with the washer upwards on the agitator shaft.
■ Tighten the threaded pin in the adjusting ring.
■ Push the agitator blade onto the agitator shaft and tighten the threaded
pin in the adjusting ring above the agitator shaft crosspiece (see chap-
ter 11.5).
■ Screw the hexagon nut onto the agitator shaft and tighten.
■ Tighten hexagon head screw.
■ Secure hexagon head screw with lock nut.
■ Mount the cover with pneumatic agitator without gear on the material
pressure tank.
■ Close the material pressure tank (see chapter 10.4).

Disassembly:
■ Open the material pressure tank (see chapter 10.4).
■ Remove the cover with pneumatic / electric agitator with gear.
■ Loosen the lock nut and then the hexagon head screw.
■ Remove the compressed air motor with gearbox and upper coupling
half.
■ Remove the clutch disc.
■ Loosen the threaded pin in the adjusting ring under the hub.
■ Push the adjusting ring with the washer downwards on the agitator
shaft.
SATA FDG 24 / 48 with pneumatic / electric agitator with gear only
■ Unscrew the hexagon nut from the agitator shaft.
■ Pull the agitator blade off the agitator shaft and loosen the threaded
pin in the adjusting ring above the agitator shaft crosspiece (see
chapter 11.5).
■ Push the agitator shaft with the lower coupling half upwards out of the
receptacle.
■ Loosen the grub screw in the lower half of the coupling.
■ Pull the lower half of the coupling from the agitator shaft.

■ Remove disc.
■ Unscrew the stuffing box.
