Laufräder demontieren
Halten Sie das Rad fest
Drehen Sie die M Schraube mit einem Innensechskant
schlüssel mm gegen den Uhrzeigersinn heraus
Nehmen Sie das Laufrad ab Halten Sie dabei die Bremsschei
be fest damit sie nicht herunterfällt
Laufräder montieren
Schieben Sie die Bremsscheibe von unten zwischen die
Bremszangen und halten Sie sie an die Antriebsschraube
Halten Sie die Nabe des Laufrades auf die Bremsscheibe
so dass die Stifte der Nabe durch die Bohrungen der
Bremsscheibe hindurchgehen und in die Bohrungen der An
triebsschraube hineinragen
Schrauben Sie das Laufrad mit der QS Adapterscheibe der
Nordlock Sicherungsscheibe und der M Schraube mit
einem Innensechskantschlüssel mm handfest an
Halten Sie das Rad fest und schrauben Sie die M Schraube
mit einem Drehmoment von Nm im Uhrzeigersinn fest
Achtung!
Die M8 Schrauben für die Nabenbefestigung müssen
unbedingt mit 23 Nm angezogen werden. Bei geringerem
Anzugsdrehmoment kann die Welle brechen und der Antrieb
ausfallen.

Removing the wheels
Brace the wheel
Unscrew the M allen bolt by turning it counterclockwise
using a mm Allen key
Hold the brake disc and remove the wheel

Installing the wheels
Slide the brake disc between the two brake calipers from
below and hold it against the head of the drive screw
aligning the holes
Hold the hub of the left wheel
so that the hub pins protrude through the holes of the brake
disc and into the holes in the head of the drive screw
Screw the wheel onto the frame with the QS adapter shim
the Nordlock washer and the M allen bolt using a mm
Allen key tightening lightly at first
Brace the wheel and tighten the M allen bolt with a torque
of Nm ft lbs
Attention!
The M8 allen bolt must be tightened with a torque of 23 Nm
(17 ft-lbs). If the bolt is tightened with less torque, the shaft
could brake and the drive could fall out.
