32. Frequency scan with DCS (SEEK)

Notes: The scan will start only when the transceiver detects a DCS signal on the reception
frequency.
33. Elimination of final squelch noise (TAIL)
Shortcut [MENU] [33]
This function eliminates the final squelch noise between stations that communicate directly,
without a repeater. Receiving a 55Hz or 134.4Hz tone mutes the sound long enough to prevent
the reception of any final squelch noise.
34. Roger Beep (ROGER)
Shortcut [MENU] [36]
When you release the PTT key, the transceiver will emit a beep to confirm to the other users
that you have finished the transmission and that they can talk.
