To unpack:
• Cut the bands (A).
• Unpack the additional boxes (B).
• Remove the outer sheathing by lifting it (C).
• Remove the sheathing by lifting it (D).
• Remove the pedestal guide plate as shown below.
Note: The pedestal guide plate is not included with options +0H354 and +0P919.
