4 - BURNER OPERATION
BURNER STARTING (A) - (B)
- When the control device TL closes, the control
box programmes the starting phase. The indi-
cations for the start-up cycle are given on page
51.
- 0 sec. time:
The control device TL closes.
- After 2 sec.:
The motor starts.
- After 3 sec.:
The ignition transformer is connected. Pre-
purging begins with the max. air delivery.
The pump 3) sucks the fuel from the tank
through the piping 1) and the filter 2) and
pumps it under pressure to delivery. The piston
4) rises and the fuel returns to the tank through
the piping 5) - 7). The screw 6) closes the by-
pass heading towards suction and the solenoid
valve 8), de-energized, closes the passage to
the nozzle.
- After 25 sec.:
Solenoid valve 8) openes and the fuel passes
through the piping 9) and filter 10) and is then
sprayed out through the nozzle, igniting when it
comes into contact with the spark.
- After 30 sec.:
The ignition transformer switches off.
- After 39 sec.:
The starting cycle comes to an end.
STEADY STATE OPERATION
- When the temperature or the pressure increas-
es until the control device TL opens, the burner
shuts down.
FIRING FAILURE
If the burner does not fire, it goes into lock-out
within 5 seconds of the opening of the solenoid
valve and 30 seconds after the closing of control
device TL.
The control box pilot light will light up.
UNDESIRED SHUTDOWN DURING OPERA-
TION
If the flame goes out during operation, the burner
shuts down automatically within 1 second and
automatically attempts to start again by repeat-
ing the starting cycle.
4 - FONCTIONNEMENT BRULEUR
DEMARRAGE BRULEUR (A) - (B)
- A la fermeture de la télécommande TL le cof-
fret de sécurité programme la phase de démar-
rage. Les indications du programme de
démarrage sont expliquées à la page 52.
-Temps 0s:
Fermeture télécommande TL.
- Après 2s:
Démarrage moteur.
- Après 3s:
Activation transformateur d'allumage: préventi-
lation avec le débit d'air maximum.
La pompe 3) aspire le combustible de la cuve à
travers le conduit 1) et le filtre 2) et le refoule
sous pression. Le piston 4) se soulève et le
combustible revient dans la cuve par les tuyaux
5)-7). La vis 6) ferme le by-pass côté aspiration
et l'électrovanne 8), désexcitée, ferme la voie
côté gicleurs.
- Après 25s:
L'électrovanne 8) de 1re allure s'ouvre. Le
combustible passe dans le tuyau 9), à travers
le filtre 10), sort atomisé par le gicleur et au
contact de l'étincelle, s'allume.
- Après 30s:
Le transformateur d'allumage s'éteint.
- Après 39s:
Le cycle de démarrage se termine.
FONCTIONNEMENT A REGIME
- Quand la température, ou la pression, aug-
mente jusqu'à l'ouverture de TL, le brûleur
s'éteint.
ABSENCE D'ALLUMAGE
Si le brûleur ne s'allume pas, on a le blocage dans
un délai de 5s à compter de l'ouverture de l'élec-
trovanne et de 30 s après la fermeture de TL.
Le voyant du coffret de sécurité s'allume.
EXTINCTION AU COURS DU FONCTIONNE-
MENT
Si la flamme s'éteint au cours du fonctionne-
ment, le brûleur s'arrête dans un délai d'1s et ef-
fectue un essai de redémarrage avec répétition
du cycle de départ.

4 - WERKING BRANDER
START BRANDER (A) - (B)
- Bij sluiting van de afstandsbesturing (thermo-
staat) TL, programmeert de branderautomaat
de startfase. De aanduidingen van het startpro-
gramma zijn uitgelegd op blz. 53.
- Tijd 0sec:
Sluiting afstandsbesturing (thermostaat) TL.
- Na 2sec:
Motorstart.
- Na 3sec:
Inschakeling ontstekingstransformator: voor-
ventilatie met de maximum luchtdebiet.
De pomp 3) zuigt via de aanzuigleiding 1) en de
filter 2) de brandstof aan uit de tank en stuwt de
brandstof onder druk. Het drukventiel 4) gaat
omhoog en de brandstof loopt via de leidingen
5)-7) terug naar de tank. De schroef 6) sluit de
by-pass af naar de aanzuigleiding; de niet be-
krachtigde magneetventielen 8), sluiten de we-
gen af naar de verstuiver.
- Na 25sec:
Het elektromagneetventiel 8) van de 1ste vlam-
gang gaat open. De brandstof loopt door de lei-
ding 9), via de filter 10), en wordt via de
verstuiver verstoven. De brandstof komt in
aanraking met de vonk en ontvlamt.
- Na 30sec:
Doven van de vonk.
- Na 39sec:
Het startprogramma eindigt.
TIJDENS DE WERKING
- Als de temperatuur of de druk in die mate stijgt
dat de TL opengaat dan valt de brander stil.
NIET PLAATSVINDEN VAN ONTSTEKING
Als de vlam niet ontsteekt, treedt de veiligheids-
stop van de brander op tussen 5 sec na opening
van het elektromagneetventiel en 30 sec na slui-
ting van de afstandsbesturing (thermostaat) TL.
Het veiligheidslampje van de branderautomaat
begint te branden.
UITDOVING VLAM TIJDENS DE WERKING
Als de vlam uitdooft tijdens de werking, valt de
brander stil gedurende 1 sec en herhaalt daarna
het startprogramma.
