Problem
The appliance cannot be
switched on.
The appliance does not heat

Microwave oven interfering of TV reception
Dim oven light

Error codes
The following error codes may be displayed for the steam
cooking function:
E-06:
Water tank not inserted properly / fully.
E-05:
Malfunction of the water circuit.
Contact qualified technical personnel to check
which of the following malfunctions is present:
• Water sensor defective.
• Water hose defective.
• Water pump defective.
• Water tank defective.
Possible cause
The power cord is not plugged in
tightly
The fuse has tripped or the circuit
breaker works.
Trouble with the socket
The appliance door was not closed
well.
Radio and TV reception may be interfered when micro-
wave oven is operating.
It is similar to the interference of small electrical applian-
ces, like mixer, vacuum cleaner and electric fan.
In low power microwave cooking, the oven light may be-
come dim.
When heating, especially moist food, steam is produced.
Most of this is discharged from the appliance via the
ventilation openings, but it can also settle in the form of
condensation in cooler places, e.g. the appliance door.
This is normal.
Remedy
Disconnect the plug and insert it
correctly.
Replace the fuse or reset the circuit
breaker (repaired by professional
personnel).
Test the socket with other electrical
appliances.
Close the door well.
