Operation, setting and use
of the appliance
Manual setting and starting a cooking process
To set all parameters for a cooking process manually,
proceed as follows:
• To select a cooking function / heating type,
press the key for microwave and oven functions
or the key for steam cooking functions,
if necessary, several times or by subsequently touching
the and keys until the desired cooking function is
displayed as described in the corresponding table.
• When the cooking function is selected, the respective
presettings of the parameters (microwave power, coo-
king temperature, grill level, steam value, if applicable)
and the cooking time are shown in the corresponding
display fields.
• To change one of the preset values, activate the desired
parameter setting by touching the
times, if necessary, until the corresponding display
starts flashing.
• As long as the activated setting display is flashing, use
the and keys to select the desired value from the
available options and then wait a few seconds
until the display stops flashing.
The current setting is then accepted.
• Proceed in the same way for each further change of the
parameter settings.
• To change the preset cooking duration, activate its
setting with the key (display starts flashing) and
use the and keys to set the desired time within the
adjustable range while the display is flashing.

General notes on operation
The following instructions apply to both manually set

stops flashing, the current setting is automatically
applied.
• If no key is touched for 5 minutes during setting or
interrupted operation (pause), the appliance switches
off automatically.
• When the door is opened during operation, the cooking
process is automatically interrupted (pause).
