The food is cooked particularly gently
by the hot steam.
Suitable e.g. for preparing fish and seafood
such as trout, salmon fillets, pike-perch,
prawns, halibut fillets and herring.
Microwave + Steam cooking
The food is steamed and simultaneously
heated inside by the microwaves.
Suitable e.g. for preparing boiled potatoes.
Hot air + Steam cooking
The air in the cooking chamber is simultane-
ously heated and circulated,
with the hot steam preventing the food from
drying out.
