Safety instructions
• After operating at high temperatures,
only allow the appliance to cool down
with the door closed. Do not clamp
anything in the appliance door. Even
if the door is only open a crack when
cooling down, the adjacent furniture or
appliance fronts may be damaged over
time. Only open the appliance door for
drying if a lot of moisture has accumu-
lated during operation.
• Avoid sugary stains, such as fruit juice
in the cooking chamber, as they may
not be removable after cooling. When
preparing very moist sweet dishes,
make sure that the cookware is large
enough so that nothing can spill over.
• Always keep the appliance in a clean
condition to avoid damage from food
residues or similar.
• If the seal is heavily soiled, the appli-
ance door will no longer close properly
during operation. The fronts of neigh-
bouring furniture or appliances may be
damaged. Always keep the seal clean.
• Do not put any weight on the appliance
door, do not hang or place anything
on it.Always close the appliance door
slowly and in a controlled manner.
Failure to follow these instructions may
result in damage to the appliance that
is not covered by the warranty.
• Cookware and accessories can
scratch the surfaces of the appliance,
especially the door glass, if they come
into contact with them. Always place
dishes and accessories in the cooking
chamber so that they cannot touch the
cooking door and walls.
• Do not carry or hold the appliance by
the door handle.
The door handle cannot bear the
weight of the appliance and could
break.
• If you use the residual heat of the
switched-off oven
to keep food warm, there may be a
high moisture content in the cooking
chamber.
This can cause condensation and cor-
rosion damage
to the appliance, as well as damage to
your kitchen. Avoid condensation by
opening the door or using the defrost
function.
