1. Safety instructions
This product complies with the requirements of the following European
Union Directives for CE conformity: 2014/30/EU (Electromagnetic
Compatibility), 2011/65/EU (RoHS).
We hereby confirm that this product complies with the essential protection
standards specified in the Council Instructions for the Adaptation of the
Administrative Provisions for the United Kingdom of Electromagentic
Compatibility Regulations 2016 and the Electrical Equipment (Safety)
Regulations 2016.
Damage caused by non-observance of the following instructions is
excluded from claims of any kind.
*Do not expose the unit to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, extreme
humidity or moisture.
*Handle the appliance with extreme caution when it is switched on (laser
beam emission).
*Never point the laser beam at the eye
*Do not point the laser beam at gaseous substances or gas containers
(risk of explosion).
*Keep laser beam away from reflective objects (risk of injury to eyes).
*Avoid contact with laser beam (do not expose body to laser beam
emission).
*Do not operate the unit near strong magnetic fields (motors,
transformers, etc.)
*Avoid strong vibrations of the appliance.
*Keep hot soldering guns away from the immediate vicinity of the
appliance.
*Before starting operation, the unit should be stabilised to the ambient
temperature. (Important when transporting from cold to warm rooms and
vice versa).
*Do not make any technical changes to the unit
*Opening of the unit and maintenance and repair work may only be carried
out by qualified service technicians.
