Using the rotary spit function

For even browning of roasts and larger cooking quantities
up to a load limit of 1000 g, you can use the rotary spit
function available for some cooking modes (marked with
the symbol ).
• To do this, place the food on the skewer and insert the
two forks.
• Then proceed as described below.
• Fix the support 1 to the top of the rack on the left 2.
• Insert the rotary spit pole S into the motor hole M
on the right side of the oven.
Then fix it to the support on the left side also.
• Place a drip pan with a little water on the lower shelf
of the oven.

• The rotary motor will begin to work once a program
with the rotary spit function has been selected and
started.
Available programmes with rotary spit function:
• Keep the oven door closed during operation.
