MACHINE CLEANING
For cleaning the machine do not use water jets or metal or abrasive
tools such as flakes, metal brushes, needles, etc... and detergents
but use a damp cloth or sponge.
Careful and accurate cleaning of the machine is very important for reliability,
durability and safety in the operation of the device.
Daily cleaning
• Release the filter port from the group and remove it.
• Clean the filter and wash it with clean water. This is best if you also use a
brush.
• At least once a week, even if the coffee comes out normally, the gasket of the
group must be cleaned using the appropriate toothbrush.
• Clean the shell and steam lance.
• Check, if necessary, and clean the drip tray (ref. K paragraph 2).
Periodic or after intensive use of the machine
In addition to the daily operations, the following operations shall be carried out:
• Immerse filters and filter holder in boiling water for a few minutes to help
dissolve the coffee fats, then use a cloth or sponge to remove it.
• Clean the water tank.
