waste collection service.

15. Troubleshooting / fault codes

The following table shows fault symptoms and describes remedial measures in the event of your machine failing to work
properly. If you cannot localise and rectify the problem with this, please contact your service workshop.

Possible cause

Mower or charging station not con-
nected to the mains
Boundary wire is not connected or
cut/broken.

Remedy
• -
• Check that the mower is in the working area.
• Ensure that the charging station is properly connected to the charger
and the charging unit is connected to a suitable power supply. If proper-
ly connected, the boundary wires are incorrectly attached and must be
transposed.
• When the mower is in the working area, check the charging station LED
indicator. If it lights up red, make sure that the boundary wires are well
connected to the terminals on the charging station. If the problem per-
sists, check whether the boundary wires have been cut.

stances* or not, to a collection point in your munici-
pality/district or to a retailer so that they can be
disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.

lead
Remedy
• Connect the power supply unit to a suitable
power source
• Call a specialist if necessary
• Connect/repair boundary wire
• Replace blades
• Set the correct date and time
• Adapt the terrain/obstacle to the requirements
of the robot mower
• Adjust the laying of the boundary wire accord-
ingly
