7. Carefully screw the spark plug in by hand. Do not cross the
thread.
8. Screw the spark plug all the way in using the plug spanner and
the tighten as follows.
a Tighten a used spark plug by an additional 1/8...1/4 turn.
b Tighten a new spark plug by an additional 1/2 turn.
9. Plug on the spark plug connector.
Checking the hydraulic oil level and topping up the hydraulic
ATTENTION
Risk of damage to the hydraulic system
Pay attention to the utmost cleanliness when refilling.
Work on the hydraulic system may only be carried out by the au-
thorized Customer Service department.

1. Park the device.
2. Open the bonnet.
3. Check the hydraulic oil level when the motor is cold.
a The correct hydraulic oil level must be between the upper
"MAX" and lower mark "MIN".
4. Top up the hydraulic oil if necessary.
a Remove the breather cap.
b Top up the hydraulic oil.
For the hydraulic oil type: See chapter "Technical data".
c Attach the breather cap.
5. Close the bonnet.
Replacing the rear wheel
WARNING
Risk of injury
Only park the vehicle on a stable surface.
Check that the ground is stable. Additionally secure the device
against rolling away with a wheel chock.
Use a suitable, commonly available jack.

1. Park the device on a level surface.
a Check that the ground is stable.
b Secure the device against rolling away.
c Open the side panel or bonnet.
2. Place the jack at the marked attachment points on the frame.
3. Use a suitable tool to release the wheel nuts by approx. 1 turn.
4. Lift the device with a jack.
5. Unscrew and remove wheel nuts.
6. Remove the wheel.
7. Have the defective wheel repaired in a specialist workshop or
have it replaced.
8. Position the wheel, screw in the wheel nuts as far as they will
go and tighten slightly.
9. Lower the device with the jack.
10.Close the side panel or bonnet
11.Tighten the wheel nuts to the required torque (56 Nm).
Replacing the front wheel
1. Contact the Customer Service department to remove the front
wheel.
Thanks to the floating bearing of the side brushes, the sweeping
area automatically adjusts itself when the bristles are worn. If it is
too worn (bristle length approx. 10 cm), replace the side brushes.

1. Park the device.
2. Unscrew the 3 screws on the underneath.
3. Remove the side brush.
4. If necessary, clean the mount.
5. Connect the new side brush to the driver and fasten it in place
with the screws.
Replacing / inspecting the roller brush
Removing the roller brush
Due to the floating mounting of the roller brush, the sweeping lev-
el automatically adjusts itself when the bristles are worn. Replace
if it is too worn (cleaning result is not satisfactory).
