Problem
Decreased or no per-
formance.
Abrasive leaves the

Cause
The supply of abrasive to the blastwheel is
not sufficient.
The type of abrasive is incorrect for the sur-
face.
The abrasive has contamination.
The blastwheel or the control cage is worn or
damaged.
Too much abrasive hits the surface at the
start of the operation.
The drive speed of the product is too high.
The magnetic seals are at an incorrect dis-
tance from the surface.
Damaged seals.
The quality of abrasive is not satisfactory.
Incorrect abrasive.
The control cage is not installed correctly.
Dust extractor does not give enough suction
power.
The drive speed is too low.
The blasthead gets caught on the floor.
The drive system is damaged or not connec-
ted.
A phase of the power supply is missing.
A phase of the power supply is incorrect.
The emergency stop button is engaged.
The motor protection switch is engaged.
The extension cable is disconnected or dam-
aged.
A component is damaged.
Solution
Clean the separator tray and refill the abra-
sive separator with abrasive.
Do a check of the feed spout and the abra-
sive valve.
Replace the abrasive with correct abrasive
for the surface.
Do a check of the dust extractor and dust
extractor hose.
Replace the blastwheel and/or the control
cage.
Close the abrasive valve and stop the prod-
uct. Start the operation again and slowly
open the abrasive valve.
Decrease the drive speed.
Adjust the height of the magnetic seals.
Do a check of all the seals and replace if
necessary.
Speak to your dealer for more information.
Speak to your dealer for more information.
Adjust the control cage to set a better blast
pattern.
Do a check of the dust extractor hose and
the dust extractor.
Increase the drive speed.
Adjust the height.
Engage the drive system. Do a check of the
drive chain.
