Step 1 - Download the Therabody app
*(If you've already used the Therabody app before, proceed to Step 2)
Download the Therabody app from the App Store or Play Store.

Follow the in-app instructions to create a new app account and verify your email.

Once logged in, follow the onboarding steps to connect your SmartGoggles to the

app. Be sure that the Bluetooth settings are enabled for your phone.
Select "SmartGoggles" as your Therabody device when prompted.

Long press the power button on your SmartGoggles to turn them on. SmartGoggles
