Long press the power button to turn the device on and off.
Short press the power button while the device is powered off to check the battery
status and to enable bluetooth.
Short press to toggle through Modes indicated by icons:

Default: Pulse, Short press the vibration button to turn vibration off
Heat Settings
Default: Low, Short press the heat button to toggle
through additional heat settings: medium, high, off
