    Download the Therabody app from the App Store or Play Store. Follow the in-app instructions to create a new app account and verify your email. Once logged in, follow the onboarding steps to connect your SmartGoggles to the app. Be sure that the Bluetooth settings are enabled for your phone.

    Setze das Gerät auf saubere, trockene Haut. Vor der Verwendung der SmartGoggles solltest du Make-up, Brillen und Kontaktlinsen entfernen. 2. Setze die SmartGoggles auf deinen Kopf und stelle das Band passend ein. Die Therabody SmartGoggles sollte genau auf deine Schläfen ausgerichtet sein und bequem auf deinem Nasenrücken sitzen.
