Operation
If required
Charge power pack
Charge the power pack after each instance of use.
Check the power pack charge status before each
instance of use and charge it if required.
Note
the power pack in the "Start-up" section.
Follow the instructions in the operating man-
ual for the charger.

Adjusting the lateral cutting mechanism level
Bring the cutter deck to the middle height position.
Carefully turn the outer cutters transverse to the
drive direction.
Measure the distance between the ground and the
ends of the two outer cutters.
The distance should be equal at all times. If neces-
sary, you can set the correct level as follows. Per-
form the adjustment on the adjustment segment [A]
on the left side of the cutting mechanism:
Release the lock nuts
To set the level, turn the adjusting nut
Tighten the lock nut again. (Tightening torque
= 34–40 Nm)
Set the cutter deck level from front to back
Note
Park the device on an even surface and switch the
parking brake on.
Bring the cutter deck to the middle height position.
Carefully turn the outer cutters parallel to the drive
direction.
Measure the distance between the ground and the
end of the right cutter.
The end of the front blade should be about 6–9 mm
lower than the rear. If necessary, move the front
mounting bracket [A] as follows:
Release the lock nuts
To set the level, turn the adjusting nut
Tighten the lock nut again.
(Tightening torque = 34–40 Nm)
