Adjustment and venting of the lifting platform (main lift)
1. Close all cocks
2. Set selector switch to main shear
3. Open the connection on the main cylinder (hose A)
4. Carefully press the Lift button and observe if hydraulic oil comes out of port A
5. As soon as the air has escaped from the line and hydraulic oil is coming, close the connection.
6. Move the main shear upwards and leave it in the end position.
7. Open stopcock B
8. Open the bleed screw connection on the main cylinder.
9. Carefully press the Lift button (if necessary with the additional button of the light barrier override) and make
sure that oil comes out of the bleed screw connection of the main cylinder.
10. As soon as the air has escaped from the bleed screw connection of the master cylinder and hydraulic oil
comes in, close the connection.
11. Carefully press the Lift button until the lift is completely up. Pay attention to the oil level
12. Close cock B
13. Move the lift all the way down
14. You can start to level the rails from the main lift via the leveling cock.

1. Close all cocks
2. Set selector switch to wheel free lift
3. Open the connection on the master cylinder (pre-laid hose)
4. Carefully press the Lift button and watch until hydraulic oil comes out of the pre-laid hose.
